We know that the most effective organizations have strong, adaptive leaders at all levels, who understand how they lead and how they empower others to lead. In this session, you will explore and better understand how you can leverage your own strengths and those of your colleagues to build a well-rounded, effective team. A prerequisite for all session attendees is the completion of the CliftonStrengths assessment (estimated to take roughly 30-45 minutes of your time).
