Building and Improving Your Logic Model and/or Theory of Change

September 22, 2022 at 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Logic models and theories of change can be powerful tools to illustrate your organization’s work. They can help your funders, board members, and staff  better understand the impact, outcomes, and reach of your programs. Yet, many of us don’t make use of these tools in our program design, execution or communication. Does your organization use a logic model but you don’t know how to incorporate it into your work? How might you create a Theory of Change that clearly communicates and measures your organization’s impact? Together with your colleagues, join us to gather the foundational knowledge to create or enhance your organizational Theory of Change or program Logic Model.
