Leading and Motivating Your Virtual Team

Our world has shifted (rather drastically) to a more distributed and remote work environment. Yet many leaders are inexperienced in managing and developing cohesive teams in a virtual environment. In this leadership training with SR4 Partners, we will highlight the strategies, skills and processes required for healthy and collaborative  teams. Through this workshop, you will:

• Identify the skills and attributes needed most in leading virtual teams
• Learn how to change your virtual meetings and check-ins to keep people motivated
• Explore how to effectively use technology to collaborate and communicate in a distributed environment

Designed for those managing teams or volunteers, this workshop series aims to help you navigate uncertainty, provide you with the tools to lead virtual or hybrid teams, practice workplace wellness for yourself and your colleagues and create a connected, inclusive team. The series is designed to provide you with a holistic development experience, however, you are welcome to register for one, two, or all three workshops.
