Our ability to solve complex social issues relies on our capacity to be persistent, adaptive, and resilient. This is nearly impossible if we’re facing burnout. In this session, we will explore the six evidence-based strategies for completing our body’s stress cycle, as well as tools for individual resilience in four key areas: physical, mental, spiritual, and social/emotional. We will end the session exploring how some of these tools can help our organizations and even the systems in which we operate and lead within.
