Silencing Your Inner Critic | My Personal Leadership Journey Series

July 19, 2022 at 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

My Personal Leadership Journey Series

What is your personal leadership style and how does it impact your work, your relationships with colleagues, and your ability to make change? Join us for a three-part webinar series exploring the ways in which you can leverage your strengths as a leader, avoid burnout by being a more resilient leader, and learn how to manage your inner critic.

Silencing Your Inner Critic

Tuesday July 19, 11am-12:30pm CT

We can be our own harshest critic, but it doesn’t need to be that way. In this session we will identify how our inner critic shows up in our day-to-day work, and how we can move towards more curious, realistic, expansive ways of working and leading. A prerequisite for all session attendees is to complete the Positive Intelligence Saboteur Assessment (estimated to take roughly 10-15 minutes of your time) and to bring the results to the session. You can complete the free assessment here.

What | A 90-minute workshop, facilitated by Rebecca Altman, Vice President and Executive Coach at Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies

Who Is It For | All Jewish Communal Professionals in Chicagoland

Activities | Breakout discussions on the topic of the inner critic and imposter syndrome inspired by the Positive Intelligence framework
