TAC Info Session: Employee Experience Survey with Leading Edge
The Employee Experience Survey is a people analytics tool that gives employees in Jewish nonprofits the opportunity to provide feedback about their experience at work.Through the process, leaders solicit honest and confidential input, identify organizational strengths and growth areas, and explore the changes needed to transform their organizational culture. Since 2016, 395 organizations and over 40,000 employees have taken the survey.
Taking the survey is just the first step in an ongoing process of exploration and growth. At no cost to organizations, Leading Edge and TAC will provide:
- Survey results in an in-depth, interactive format.
- 2 hours of free post-survey consultation time to interpret results and identify ways to improve employees’ experience at work.
- After Survey Actions programming, including an invitation to participate in at least one custom workshop relevant to the employee experience in the Chicagoland Jewish community.
