Facilitating Tough Conversations

It’s no secret that we are living in divisive times. As our world becomes increasingly polarized, leaders have to be prepared to navigate tough conversations with their staff, board, and communities. Through an interactive experience led by staff from One America Movement, we will learn tools for navigating challenging conversations and better engage with others across our divides.
