Culture Matters Cohort Series: Managing to Inspire Trust

March 24, 2022 at 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Often, managing authentically means being accountable to ourselves and our team members, while owning outcomes and sharing responsibility.  In this session, the “Culture Matters” cohort takes a critical look at:

  • Management, not micro-management
  • Orienting around goals and outcomes
  • Clear and explicit expectation-setting
  • Components of an effective check-in

Culture Matters: Building Vibrant and Resilient Organizational Cultures

As leaders in the time of the Great Resignation, we can’t go it alone. In order to support employees through a time of fatigue, uncertainty, and flux, nonprofit leaders need to invest in developing organizational cultures that promote productivity and sustainability.

In this interactive cohort learning experience with nonprofit consultant and leadership coach, Catherine Bell, we will dive into four critical avenues for supporting organizational culture: Investing in Staff Morale, Fostering a Culture of Feedback, Managing to Inspire Trust, and Best Practices for Staff Retention.

Designed for organizational leaders (CEOs, COOs, Associate/Deputy Directors) and those holding HR roles, this workshop series also includes the opportunity for 1:1 coaching to address your organization’s individual needs. Your cohort learning journey will begin with a brief assessment before the first session.

Recordings will be available for those registering for the series. However, due to the interactive nature of the sessions, we strongly encourage attending live.
